what PAST students have to say

“I am extremely grateful for all of the effort, incredible professionalism and LOVE that’s been put into this course! Truly! The process with which I am navigating current events being played out in the world at the moment is more through the lens of what I am learning in this course currently, and I appreciate that. In all of our getting, we should get more understanding - and I am wholeheartedly taking all of this in.” - Ana P.

“To be honest, I wasn't expecting it to be this good. The videos and weekly discussions are really encouraging, and they are accelerating self-awareness and knowledge of the application of the gospel.” - Daniel U.

“Initially I was a bit nervous due to past experiences of the church & social justice.‚ I was fearful that it would be the same old song and dance. I have been BEYOND happy with this course so far. This class has cut to the core of Jesus’s absolute stance on biblical justice.” - Dusti L.

Jessica Nicholas lived a secret for over a decade. While she worked passionately for social justice, she couldn't define it or give its biblical meaning. In her church background, social justice had a reputation for being secular and theologically weak. After God challenged her to learn what He loves, she changed from doing research about social justice to studying the Bible. In the Bible, she found the most powerful, practical, Christ-centered and unbiased message about justice. Because of this, she is passionate about creating resources in everyday language for Christians to better understand biblical justice and righteousness. Jessica has been involved in justice projects both inside and outside of the church for 15 years. She currently lives in Los Angeles, California and works in public education.
